Prepared to Stand Alone

This Sunday Ben Howlett from Monyhull church will be preaching from the Old Testament book of Daniel. The title of Ben’s sermon is, “Prepared to stand alone”.

“In Daniel chapter three we read of King Nebuchadnezzar’s pride as he sets himself up as a deity and requires all people to bow and worship his image. Under great pressure, and the terrifying consequence of being thrown into a fiery furnace, how do God’s people respond, and what can we learn from this account today? First and foremost, this passage demonstrates God’s saving power for those who trust him.”
