Praying in the Spirit

This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching on “praying in The spirit”. What does it mean to pray in The Spirit? We find that statement in Ephesians chapter 6 and towards the end of Jude’s letter. Can we know if that is how we are praying? Is it something only for mature Christians?
