Joy & Sorrow

This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching from Philippians chapter two verses 19-30. The title is ” Joy and sorrow”. Is life a roller coaster with stomach turning dips and troughs? Heart breaks are real, sorrow is experienced by all at some point. Is there Joy that surpasses all joy’s and remains even in sorrow? Will my sorrow remain for ever?
