What happens when I die?

This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching. The title for the message is “What happens when I die?”. Is death the end of me? How can I know if it is not? And if death is not the end of me, how can I be sure about what happens to me after death? What should I do about it? If I am afraid to die, is there anything or anyone that can allay my fears?
