Sunday Service – 30th August 10.30am

This Sunday Josh Richardson will be preaching.

Under the heading “The Call to the Chosen Choir” Josh will take us through the message of Psalm 135. That psalm is a wonderful call to the Christian to praise their Saviour. The Psalm reminds us of why we worship. The Lord has chosen us, conquered for us and shown compassion towards us. The Psalm also reminds us of what we have left behind us and calls others to forsake the idols of this world.

The Psalm wonderfully follows on from the Songs of Ascents. It carries on the call to bless the Lord from Psalm 134. This is the song of those servants standing faithfully in the house of the Lord.
