Sunday Service – 25th September 10.30am

This Sunday our preacher is Bill Saunders. His sermon is titled “Time to AWAKE”. Manifestly in our day we are all experiencing the landscape of our lives being shaken beyond recognition. Everything is changing at an alarming rate, e.g., climate wise, economically, socially, morally and spiritually. The death of our much-loved Christian monarch, HMQ Elizabeth II deeply underscores this fact. The old order of things is being swept away. Are we each just being driven along in a tide of events we have no control over, or can we map personal meaning and divine mercies in this maelstrom? Christians believe and can know by experience that we can, if we fully AWAKEN to the reality of God in the Lord Jesus Christ. He alone can share His PEACE and REST with us for time and eternity. Come and share with us as we seek to be AWAKENED afresh to being surprised by God’s love and hope in time and eternity, being filled with joy unspeakable full of glory – whatever life throws at us.
