Sunday Service – 21st July 10.30am

This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching. The title of the message is “The King and I”. Based on the Old Testament book of Esther we look at King Ahasuerus, also known as Xerxes. He is Ruler of an ancient and vast empire.
A kind of “domestic” with his wife becomes public and escalates into a diplomatic disaster! It is reminiscent of our own times. He mirrors a common present day attitude towards and within relationships in our lives and holds a world view which contrasts greatly with the one who is truly King overall.

Come and hear this message which will challenge us and our world view and encourage us to consider who is God.
