This Sunday Tom Davenport will be preaching. The title of his message is “Get involved in God’s mission” based on
Acts 1:1-11.
Do you ever start doing something important and then get distracted by something small and insignificant, running out of time for that important task you should have been doing all day?! Yep, so do I! The book of Acts shows us that God’s mission is unstoppable, and God invites us to get involved. The question for us is whether we’re still on track with the task, or have we got distracted along the way?
