This Sunday Peter Coggins from Woodgreen Evangelical Church, Worcester will be preaching on the subject “Self-control.”
The Bible passage is Proverbs 4:10-27. He is concluding the series looking at each of the characteristics of spiritual fruitfulness. We will be looking at the subject of self-control. This passage shows us that the way to control our desires and actions to be in line with God’s will for us is to guard our hearts. Self-control is the gateway to enjoying every aspect of the fruit of the Spirit.
