This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching.
It is the time of year when Nativity plays are prevalent. Baby dolls rest in straw in a woven basket and little actors gaze adoringly in an attempt to depict the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem some 2000 years ago.
What really happened there in Bethlehem and why did it happen? Who was that baby lying in the manger.
Under the title “Away in a manger” our Pastor will examine the Bible’s account and the significance for us, not just at Christmas but on every day of the year.
