This Sunday our Pastor will be preaching. The title is “Happily ever after…..”. There are times in our life when we feel dejected, perhaps rejected, an outsider a no hoper. Happy ever after is only a fairy tale ending, it is unreal. Here in the old testament book of Ruth we meet a restorer of life, a nourisher for elderly family, a generous individual who comes to the rescue of a lonely widow from another country. In it all God is at work, bringing something wonderful to pass. Hope, joy, and much blessing result. Yes this really is happy ever after! It can be for each of us.
